What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the seamless transition from data ingestion to activation. Being able to define a segment once and have it immediately available across all Adobe applications—like Journey Optimizer or Target—removes the technical friction usually associated with cross-channel marketing. It truly enables a "center of truth" for customer data that is usable by both IT and marketing teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?
