WHAT OUR PAST WINNERS ARE SAYING
“"Info-Tech’s CIO Business Vision Program has helped us align IT with our organization’s strategic priorities by providing a clear framework to identify high-impact initiatives and focus our limited resources where they matter most. Most importantly, it sparked meaningful conversations across departments, because conversations are the currency for change, and those dialogues have driven real alignment and momentum."”
“"Info-Tech has been a valued partner in our shift to a strategically focused Digital Services function. Their research, advisory, and diagnostic programs have provided clear, actionable guidance, strengthened governance, accelerated delivery, and ensured our technology initiatives stay firmly aligned with corporate strategy. Beyond industry insights, they provide practical tools, templates, and guidelines that help us avoid common pitfalls and fast-track outcomes."”
“State government is evolving, and in Vermont the Agency of Digital Services is at the center of this change. Over the past two years, our Agency has focused on advancing the operational capacity and skills of our staff to better serve our partners across state government. We have done this with a focus on sustainability, ensuring modern technology investments are adaptable to change. At the same time we have prioritized inclusion – making sure digital government solutions are equitable, accessible, and built with all users in mind. Combining technology advancement and inclusivity, we are creating true innovation in a sector who’s user community relies on these capabilities the most.”
““Our goal has always been to be an aligned business partner to the college... to achieve this, we must consistently stay in sync with the organization’s needs. The CIO Business Vision enables us to do just that, and to do it effectively. It serves as our barometer for shifting priorities and realigning our strategic plan.””
““Info-Tech has been instrumental in enriching our IT Vision, Strategy, and plans. The quality of their consultants, playbooks, and personalized attention to understand CAF as an institution, our business strategy, and momentum, as well as our Digital Transformation Strategy (DTS), have been invaluable”. Info-Tech has provided key knowledge, insights and guidance in three Key Initiatives: Data and Analytics, AI and Business Architecture, we have gained maturity and agility thanks to Info-Tech."”
““We’ve focused on embedding IT into the business planning process, to help ensure technology decisions are driven by — and drive — strategic outcomes. By leveraging Info-Tech’s stakeholder engagement models, we’ve built stronger partnerships across departments, moving IT more towards a trusted advisor rather than just a service provider.””
