Tom Zehren is the Chief Executive Officer of Info-Tech Research Group. Prior to joining Info-Tech initially as the firm’s Chief Product Officer in 2022, Tom spent a decade with McKinsey & Company. He holds a summa cum laude Ph.D. and was faculty in Technology Management at the Technical University of Dortmund, Germany. He has been a pro bono advisor to Ashoka Globalizer Summit Fellows and other fast-growing technology firms and VC funds across the US, Canada, and Germany for more than a decade.

Bill Wong
AI Research Fellow, Info-Tech

Bill Wong is an AI Research Fellow at Info-Tech Research Group, where he leads research focused on Generative AI, AI Strategy, Responsible AI, and AI regulations and legislation. He has led and guided hundreds of strategic AI initiatives worldwide, collaborating with C-level executives, data scientists, and data engineers. Prior to joining Info-Tech, Wong was the AI and Data Analytics Practice Leader at Dell Technologies for five years. He also held consulting, development, product management, and executive roles at Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM. Wong has authored numerous articles, whitepapers, books, and was a contributing author for a scientific paper on using deep learning algorithms to accelerate drug discovery. He is a frequent conference speaker, and his insights have been featured in such outlets as InformationWeek, CIO Dive, TechTarget, and the Harvard Business Review.

Carlene McCubbin

A skilled facilitator, researcher, and advisor, Carlene covers key topics in strategy, transformation, and leadership. She has worked with hundreds of clients across various public and private sectors to effectively design and execute IT organizational changes. Carlene is passionate about workforce development and the interconnectedness of employee, digital, and service experiences as foundational elements for successful leadership and business growth. In her current role, she leads the research agenda and oversees the development of new research and products. He led digital business strategy engagements, corporate strategy, and M&A consulting services for clients globally. He has built AI implementation roadmaps, led enterprise-wide digital transformations, and managed the deployment of mission-critical CRM and ERP applications. A frequent speaker at technology and innovation events, Jack holds a master’s degree in computer engineering and an MBA from the ESCP European Business School.
