What differentiates WegoPro from other similar products?

Wegopro suits us because crew travel is complex in our industry. Getting technicians to offshore rigs, refineries, and training centers requires coordination across multiple carriers and constantly changing schedules

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it reduces the endless email loops we used to face. It also handles last-minute itinerary changes smoothly, which matters when weather delays a crew transfer to a rig.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with expense systems could be tighter. We sometimes have to reconcile travel costs manually

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Train supervisors on how to pre-approve recurring travel patterns — it speeds things up dramatically. And work closely with finance to set up expense rules that align with your company’s travel policy

TravelStop's integration with popular travel and expense management systems and its mobile app, which makes it more convenient for employees to book and manage travel on the go.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I highly appreciate its central platform for managing travel bookings and expenses. This allows us to keep track of all of our travel bookings and expenses in one place, which makes it easy to manage and budget for travel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

TravelStop's pricing model is not the most cost-effective option for businesses with a large number of employees who travel frequently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product. TravelStop offers a dedicated account manager and 24/7 customer support, which ensures that any issues or concerns that arise during the booking process are quickly resolved.
