What differentiates Tovuti LMS from other similar products?
We primarily use Tovuti for our Youth Transition department, which provides pre-employment training services to high school students with disabilities. At the pandemic's start, this solved our largest problem - how to quickly and easily transfer curriculum to a virtual setting. More recently, we've also started using Tovuti to host virtual community events and create and deliver agency-wide employee training. Reporting via Tovuti has also solved business problems; activity reports allow for a seamless record of staff training completion and have eliminated several documents used in the past.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use for both teachers and students—the user-friendly Interface, the analytics given for each course, Badge rewarding system for completing studies, Quizzes and assessment features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Navigation is complex and could be significantly improved. Also, steep learning curve as you need advanced knowledge to get all out of it, but it requires basic knowledge to do the everyday work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Tovuti is ideal for anything that requires instruction, whether for a class or for providing training to your company's employees. While the interactive content is fantastic and provides for many modifications (including vision and hearing impairments), creating comfortable games for those with mobility and dexterity problems is not always easy.
