What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
This fantastic tool is flexible and easy to use. Our team needed a tool to colloborate. This tool came in handy. Without any dependence on IT helpdesk, we started using the tool. We created different forms using this tool to store and track data. With the experience of our team, this tool was used in our organization by all teams now.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Smartsheet team has the drive and hunger to deliver customer delight. When we wanted a feature, the team readily listened to our needs, understood our requirements and delivered the feature within couple of weeks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This company is going to be big soon. It must keep the same drive and hunger as it grows big.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool is flexible and available on the cloud. It does not require huge investment. Just try the tool in your team and check its features. The learning curve is not steep and within a week one can master the tool.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
It has a relatively simple user interface which makes it easy for anybody to learn it, especially if you have Microsoft Excel experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1.The application's design is very clean and professional. 2. It allows users to customize their dashboards whereby you can use widgets to add reports, text, images, metrics, and more for an at-a-glance view of everything you’re working on. 3. It also creates tasks and subtasks, set duration and due dates, and assign them to employees. I like that you can choose to do all of this within the spreadsheet view or the card view if you prefer a Kanban-style approach. 4. Collaboration in messaging is another biggest strength I am able to share sheets with coworkers and anyone else using Smartsheet’s free user accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1. In order to remain stable, rows and columns are more limited than competitors. 2.Workspaces and individual files cannot be used in tandem. You must choose one or the other for the storage of your sheet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great project planning tool that is very useful and allows customization to be done according to user preference.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
Its functionality is the widest compared to other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it has large data storage capability. Also I like how it normally helps me to track all my projects and deliver them on time. It's cost friendly compared to other similar platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really do enjoy working with smartsheet,I have no dislike towards it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's the best for maintaining Small medium size projects,you should give it a try.
