What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
Smarsheet is a great management tool for projects that is easy to use and keeps projects on track. It has an alert tool that is useful and keeps teams up to speed with project delivery timelines. The Gantt tool helps teams to stay on top of their projects and manage deadlines efficiently. The reporting tool is also great at understanding data in real time. It is affordable for both small and large organizations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love using the automation tool as it saves time for us and every manual and repetitive tasks is off our shoulder. Our teams' performance has improved and projects delivered on the scheduled budget and time. Our project managers can execute a project by clearly define them on a smooth workflow. I love that all our projects are well organized and on track. It is easy to use and efficiency has been present in our work activities because of Smartsheet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have founding nothing I dislike about this software, as it has helped us collaborate on projects effectively.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would advise spending time to know how the features work and to assure you the learning curve is smooth. It provides all the tools you need to manage projects. It works well for organization with complex projects that needs a clear, defined workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From an IT perspective, the administrative tools are perfect for our needs. The ability to create Gant charts, prioritize tasks, and keep my team up to date with scheduling. The ability to easily modify timelines and organize data clearly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool is very flexible, efficient, completely competent, everything is done through an interface similar to a spreadsheet, so it is very easy to create reports, extract information, etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For teams that need more support for their projects, Smartsheet is the perfect choice due to its set of project-ready functionality. Regardless of the software you use, Smartsheet offers the features that meet your business requirements.
