What is your favorite aspect of this product?

> Gantt chart: to visualize the tasks of a Gantt that can be modified as desired. > Calendar mode showing all current activities: planning, search function, reminders, etc. > map mode: to give a more visual aspect to the interface > send part or all of your sheet to a team member > share, exchange spreadsheets (access permissions can be defined) and link between cells

What do you dislike most about this product?

no automatic backup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My take on Smartsheet Personally, I believe that Smartsheet is a revolution in terms of project management software. Although it takes some getting used to, it is easy to find our markings and I realize that the layout of the interface in sheets, rows and columns is a good idea. Highly customizable and visual, we can only blame it for its Windows 95 look, which I think gives it an authentic look. Good for me. For the rest, whether you are a team of 5 or 50 people, Smartsheet will allow you to play without worry with KPIs, deadlines and deliveries, always having a global vision of your project (s).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an award-winning job execution platform that is easy to implement, manage, and maintain. Provides excellent and highly-rated mobile apps for iOS and Android, drag-and-drop functionality, quick attachments, and push notifications, plus a smart auto-complete feature that searches for patterns within sheets

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smartsheet comes with a serious learning curve. It is difficult to use, especially in the beginning, and it is also difficult to even learn how to use it, unless you are already adept at manipulating spreadsheets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is highly dynamic and recommended project management software built for companies and large teams. The solution is flexible enough to accommodate companies and projects of all sizes. They specialize in fast-moving projects with a ton of moving parts. So you can trust Smartsheet for even the toughest projects.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

The Critical Path feature highlights all tasks that directly impact your project's completion date to keep an eye on important milestones. Reports are an important feature of this tool, with editable summary reports that you can easily export to Excel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet has useful project management features such as automating workflow and viewing tasks in Gantt, calendar, and card views. Team members receive real-time critical change notifications, and the tool provides shared views, detailed history, activity logs, automated alerts, reminders, and status reports to keep everyone aligned and informed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In Smartsheet you cannot customize the chart colors and Jira, Salesforce, Dynamics connector are limited to the Premier plan

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is a project management tool similar to a spreadsheet. It's good project management software if you're comfortable working in Excel but want a break from complicated formulas - Smartsheet does all the calculations for you on multiple sheets.
