What differentiates OpenText HighTail from other similar products?

I haven't used others vs. an in-house FTP, but it has a nice interface and is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it connects directly with my Adobe products so I can transfer files to my client in just a click.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything I dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have to deliver large design files, or photos, this software makes it super easy. The person on the other end does not have to pay for an account to receive it, but may need to download it within a certain time or the link will expire.

What differentiates OpenText HighTail from other similar products?

The HightTail Spaces desktop app allows us to collaborate on creative projects with my team and store files in the cloud, and HighTail sharing enables us to send files up to 100GB

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The HighTail File Transfer Protocol that is used to transfer computer files between a client and server on a computer network

What do you dislike most about this product?

The company no longer supports the HighTail Outlook plugin but we still sync Hightail with Microsoft OneDrive and OpenText Core accounts

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to share a solution with loads of features and functionality to share, transfer and store files in different ways, then HighTail is the best for you
