Odoo has grown into a serious all round platform for our retail finance operation. It covers accounting, inventory, purchasing and reporting in one ecosystem, which immediately reduces system sprawl. Compared to more fragmented setups, having everything connected brings clarity when you’re trying to understand the full financial picture.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What stands out is the modular design and how naturally data flows between functions. Reporting is accessible. Automation cuts down repetitive posting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some modules feel more polished than others, and certain reports need refinement to suit UK finance standards without manual tweaks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, Odoo has improved efficiency and reduced manual reconciliation across finance and operations. It’s given us more control without locking us into overly rigid processes.
