The product is a pioneer in the forms world. When users can intuitively create their own forms with minimal training, you know it was designed correctly. The integration between their forms and the repository and workflows is pure awesomeness.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to integrate different ways with the product is fantastic. Filled forms are integrated into the repository, and with the API you are able to interact with almost any object with the Laserfiche platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Every release is improving the product exponentially. They are listening to customer feedback and making those pain points a thing of the past. Currently we do not have any dislike with the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You won't regret buying this product. The business value it has given our business has enabled us to automate a lot of processes internally and the clients love how things are streamlined. Do your homework on what this solution can enable in your business and the more you can think outside the box, the more you will see that Laserfiche can do almost anything that you want it to do.

The rapidly evolving platform boasts a robust search tool that was easy to use to find the most effective marketing materials from the past, and this helped us to construct our new marketing plan.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilized the comment feature to share asynchronously the strategic elements, this was the offer for those who were in sure the night on the same team. The feature of controlling what changes to the document and the possibility of switching back to a previous version if necessary enabled us to innovate on some exciting projects and have confidence that everything was going as planned.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some difficulties were observed during the attempts to navigate to certain elements through the mobile application while being at an off-site brainstorming session.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

By the campaign's end, we had a well-organized, easily accessible archive of all strategy documents, creative assets, and project communications. This comprehensive record not only helped us maintain consistency throughout the campaign but also served as a valuable resource for future projects.

One of the most outstanding features Laserfiche ECM has helped to enhance is the compliance procedures within the company. Very appealing in Laserfiche ECM is the efficient and powerful document management system where marketing assets can be sorted and searched effectively. Key to its success is the tool’s advanced analytics dashboard, peculiarly designed to display the overall performances of processes and teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The front-end of Laserfiche ECM is highly self-explanatory, and thus, it is relatively easy for team members to familiarize themselves with. There is always a way to set up notifications so that everyone would be notified about the project’s progress, but no one’s inbox would be flooded with these messages. Integration of the software with the already existing marketing tools results in the efficient running of other apparatuses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Laserfiche ECM is quite good in most of the aspects, though the company could work on its mobile application. The current version omits some functions present in the desktop version and thus restricts freeway working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

These automatic solutions have helped reduce how we manage the different retention policies and regulations of our industry for a more compliant environment. The designed automated notification capability of the software helps in keeping track that nothing is missed, and all relevant stakeholders are up-to-date with projects in progress. At the start, people, or employees tend to be reluctant and/or resistant to change because it takes time to adjust to new processes or tools; however, with the practical enhancement in our operational process, the skepticism gradually faded.
