The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Epicor Grow supports better business decisions
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Epicor Grow from other similar products?
Epicor Grow feels different because it is made to help businesses grow, not just look at reports. Instead of only showing data, it highlights trends and points out opportunities and what to do next. It helps teams clearly see where they are doing well and where they need to improve. The insights are useful for planning and making decisions. It does not show data just for the sake of it. That strong focus on growth is what sets it apart.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite thing about this product is how it helps with making better decisions. It does not just show what happened in the past, but also helps me understand what steps to take next. The way it points out trends and opportunities is very helpful. It makes things clearer instead of confusing. This makes future planning easier. That clear guidance is what I like the most.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the product feels a bit basic if I am looking for very detailed analysis. It keeps things simple, which is helpful, but users who want more control may feel limited. There are times when I want to explore the data more deeply but can not. It feels more focused on big picture insights than detailed breakdowns. This may not be an issue for most users. But experienced users might notice it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest having realistic expectations when you first start using this product. It is designed to support your decisions, not make them for you. Think of it as a helpful guide rather than a final solution. Take some time to understand what the insights mean. As you keep using it, it becomes more useful. The more effort you put into learning it, the more value you will get.

When Questions Turn Into Queries
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Epicor Grow from other similar products?
ThoughtSpot became a natural fit for me because of how quickly it collapses the distance between a business question and an answer. In a luxury hospitality setup, questions rarely come neatly packaged. They come mid call with asset owners or five minutes before a pricing huddle. I wired ThoughtSpot into our Snowflake environment where we already consolidate Opera PMS data, OTA Insight rate feeds, and Salesforce guest profiles.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite part is how the semantic layer handles hospitality nuance once it is set up properly. Metrics like RevPAR and blended ADR behave consistently across properties and time slices. Liveboards work well during weekly trading meetings when regional heads filter down to specific penthouses or long stay units
What do you dislike most about this product?
Where it struggles is on complex historical modelling. Rate plan changes over time required preprocessing before ingestion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation is to only adopt ThoughtSpot once your data foundations are stable. It amplifies whatever data quality you feed it. We partnered with Slalom UK to lock down metric definitions before rollout.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
