What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?
First, the customer support has been very easy to work with and are helpful when called upon. Also, the training provided is easy to follow and very intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of GoAnywhere is the easy FTP set-up capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing yet, I wish I could just tell it what to do and it be done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend trying it, start out simple then try to overload it, I believe you would be impressed.

The maturity of the product is it's best feature. It's obvious they have been providing Managed File Transfer services for a while.

The detailed audit reporting.

The lack of best practice documentation.

Investigate all of the capabilities of their products and get a package deal on everything you need. They are all great.

Solution initially purchased to manage very specific project to automate and manage large number of file transfers. Speed of implementation and reliability has being outstanding.
