What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?
I like the fact that GoAnywhere is cloud based and has cloud connectors to share files. I also like that you can have agents installed on different machines to interact with each other for easy file transfers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
GoAnywhere MFT has many great features and I like the ability to meet any need for file transfers of any protocol and type. The user guide is well thought out and inclusive in most areas. I also like ease of use, ease of implementation, and great customer support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have had a few challenges some time back but glad their technical team helped us solve them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GoAnywhere MFT offers a secure and easy way to automate, administer and manage file transfers across the company.

GoAnywhere is very easy to maintain, easy to use and comes at a great price. GoAnywhere MFT's blend of security, compliance, automation and ease of use is what makes it stand out as a go-to solution for managed file transfer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whether it's for internal file sharing, partner exchanges or integrating with cloud platforms, GoAnywhere MFT covers a lot of bases. The support is good, they are always fast to respond, no delays at all.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing negative to mention about GoAnywhere MFT.

What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?
The drag-and-drop automation feature with no coding is for sure only offered by GoAnywhere MFT. It offers not only Fully Branded Portals but also GoDrive secure collaboration, all best-in-class.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being a technical person, sometimes it’s good to have some automated processes, therefore, I love GoAnywhere's Automation Designer feature, which lets me create complex workflows without using any coding. Also, the Event-Driven Automation feature, which triggers the workflows either based on the schedule or the file arrival, helps me to keep the process running smoothly. GoAnywhere has done a really great job with its features, such as another interesting feature is the Sandbox Testing Environment for workflow validation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I faced a bit problem with the error messages as they were not always descriptive, and in order to make use of some connectors, manual updates were required.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend you to use the Email Alerts, System Event Logs, and Dashboard Widgets, as these will all allow you to track failures, delays, and security issues if there are any.
