What differentiates Canto Platform from other similar products?
The ease of customization and flexibility to match our brands was one of the reasons we choose to use Canto. Also, centralized location of storing assets is attractive to help organize our content and share them easily. In addition, the ease of using the tool and the rich features it offers is second to none. Not forgetting the cheap pricing and the value for money it offers. The detailed reports it offers on how users are engaging with our images, videos, and other digital assets stored in Canto are incredible. Support is fast in responding to tickets and no words can express how good their services are.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Canto met all the requirements that we needed in a DAM solution. With Canto we can locate images, videos and share them across the whole of the organization. Now we have a central place for storing and managing all our visual assets. Creatives can send all the images and videos on the fly. It offers robust security to upload files and support is incredibly efficient and responsive. Opening a ticket within minutes and receiving a response immediately. The user interface is user friendly and even non technical teams can use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing i dislike about it. It has met all our needs as a company. It is worth the value for money.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is lifesaving since it has transformed how we operate by streamlining our workflow process. We can be able to access digital assets on the go on any device which has increased productivity through effective collaboration. I can definitely recommend it for use.
