What differentiates Rally Software from other similar products?

I think most of the features are already provided in Jira it is better than rally

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

nothing specific. The UI is more responsive compared to jira. Jira offers cleaner view

What do you dislike most about this product?

Does not have robust ecosystem and addons like jira

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

consider if your company is not part of Microsoft eco system
