What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Licensing structure and customer support. No contest.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of customizing to fit core business processes, while providing some out of the box features to make those processes more efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe the email functionality within the CRM module needs improvement. Though I hear that they are working on enhancing in a future version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take your time during the discovery stages and implementation stages...be sure your VAR knows every possible detail about your current processes. They can't guess what you need it to do. The more detail you can provide, the easier the implementation process will be. The software works...so just get the foundation clearly setup before go-live.
