What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
The annual charges that I pay to use Zoho One - CRM are excruciatingly low for the services, and integration. I get to use the CRM in addition to integrated mail templates, the daily quota for emails, contact management, invoice management and so much more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead and Sales management, bulk e-mails, Contact/Vendor Management, Lead generation through websites or other web-managed forms, etc
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing! Absolutely nothing. Zoho CRM is the real deal for Small/Medium Businesses
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a small/medium business owner then go for it. 1-2 licenses would cost only a fraction of what major CRM solutions ask for. In addition, it would be amazing to opt for Zoho-One complete suite rather than just Zoho CRM.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
The maintenance of documents is now simple, and it is also very user-friendly and enjoyed by many users. A point of contact is always super admin. I can now keep a close eye on my staff, and task separation is rapid and effective.

This is the simplest and most convenient technique to manage the workload. The best way to attach a file is really simple. And quick, time-saving, and easy choices that even a novice can use. and simple access. It is simple to manage documents and we may add numerous accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most significantly, I don't like that the only person who can make changes is the super admin, which may be really annoying at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The best feature of this tool is its price, much like all other Zoho products. it is quite affordable and provides nearly all the functionalities required for a startup.
