Great product, Automation needs work

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
So easy to use and more stable than other CRMs that we use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitive and it is easy to train new employees on it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The automation is frankly not as robust as it needs to be. We have to use a different software for our follow ups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall an excellent software

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho is straight forward in terms of the interface, and the operation in seamless. All inputs are well arranged and details are easily accessible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Account creation aspect and then the analytics aspect, it helps me monitor my input and activities
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really serious. I believe the product is still improving and the seamless function makes it more preferable to others

It’s seamless, it’s convenient, it’s preferable, therefore I recommend this product for all professionals settings especially the sales an marketing team of a company
