What differentiates Workday Workforce Management from other similar products?
What makes Workday different from other HR tools is that it is an all in one system. Here you can manage attendance, payroll, scheduling, and employee data all in one place. This is very convenient for us. Also the special thing is that it is cloud based. You can access it from anywhere. This feature makes it modern and powerful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is its centralized system. You don’t have to use separate software. Everything is in one place which saves time and reduces confusion. This is helpful for HR teams as they can easily manage data. You can also easily generate reports and understand how employees performance or attendance is going.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest problem is its complexity. This system is not easy for new users. When you use it for the first time, many things are not understood and training is required. One more issue is its speed. Sometimes the system becomes slow, especially when the data is high. This spoils the experience a little. If the speed is improved, the overall experience can be much better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest you start with small tasks like attendance or simple reports. Then gradually try advanced features. This way you will not feel overloaded and will be able to learn better.

Easy to use and lots of functionalities, Also interface is very modern and clear, you don't get tired of it when using it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Most of the times is very intuitive, and has a good interface and functionalities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some reports and functionalities are not easy to get. Sometimes finding and running some transactions that are not in your day to day could be easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, just make sure you have all the reports you need to run and make them easy to get. Interface for most day to day uses will be easy.

First is the cost, Workday is often much more cost effective than other options. Next is the options it offers, we get much more with Workday.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to navigate. The rollout was seamless, even with employees who are less tech savy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have any issues/cons with Workday. We get everything we need and more.

If you are looking for an easy way to manage time, PTO, benefits and other aspects of your workforce - this is it.
