What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like UKG Ready because it helps me properly manage all my HR processes, from recruiting to retention. This platform provides a user-friendly interface so that users can access the necessary information quickly and easily. It offers a variety of tools to help improve people management, including hiring, appraisals, career development, compensation, benefits, and more. Integrating with other platforms, including LinkedIn integration, this sync offers employers an easy way to discover and contact the right candidates for open positions, leveraging LinkedIn's huge database of qualified professionals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like the platform, it is very easy to use, I can quickly access it, it integrates with other systems, which makes it easy to manage processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

UKG Ready offers great tools to help recruiters manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads to interviewing candidates. This platform helps us recruit, evaluate and select the right candidates for the position. In addition, the platform offers training to help users better understand recruitment processes and optimize them.
