What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
I liked how easy it was to move between tabs and find forms and pay statements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It makes all the functions of time and pay tracking very easy to manage
What do you dislike most about this product?
the tabs are tiny bit clunky.

If you are not technically adept this might present a learning curve.

Love Paylocity's Onboarding feature the most!

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
Their onboarding feature is one of the best I have used. It is easy to create and add items for new hires that need to be completed. Other users can view the status of the employee in onboarding unlike other systems. They also had e-signature available before other vendors as well.

The onboarding feature is one of the best I have used.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting could be more intuitive and easier to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for managing employee data, payroll, and onboarding. If you are looking for the best in class reporting this is not the product for your agency.
