What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

Paycom is a payroll-focused, all-in-one operations system that also simplifies HR. Paycom was by far the simplest, fastest, and most successful technology we've ever implemented. The user interface is fairly simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the fact that everything is stored in a single database, eliminating the need to switch between platforms for information. HR has access to the same information as payroll and I also like the phone app, which includes the ability for managers to approve time through the app. Any issues that we have are quickly addressed by a dedicated account specialist who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One point I dislike is when I email our rep with a question, the rep doesn't always read my email carefully enough to understand what I'm asking, so I have to repeat myself or phrase something differently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everything is in a single place, and it does what we need it to do for the most part. Reporting is straightforward, and having a dedicated specialist has ensured that anything else we required was promptly delivered. As a staff trainer, Paycom is also simple to teach to our employees.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

With our representative visiting our office on a semi-regular basis, customer service has been excellent. When customers suggest system improvements, they are always taken into account. Paycom is improving all of the time!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a staff trainer, it was my responsibility to guide others to learn how to use Paycom when my company switched to it. The process was quick and painless, and I was able to provide knowledge transfer to a diverse group of employees using the user-friendly interface. I use both the desktop and mobile interfaces because they are both simple and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most inconvenient aspect of Paycom was probably editing an employee's hourly timesheet. When making edits, I felt like it didn't flow properly, as if we changed something on Monday, it would mess up Tuesday.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paycom manages all aspects of payroll and human resources. There are numerous features, such as applicant tracking, employee profiles, PTO, and time tracking, and you can grant different levels of access to different admins. Their customer service team does an excellent job of responding to our concerns.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

Paycom works with large companies, whether in the HR or Payroll area, unlike UpAbility, whose interface is less thick, therefore it is difficult to work with companies with multiple employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When looking for good HR software, Paycom is happy to offer all the necessary tools for a good job, be it hiring, firing, payroll, among others. Everything is stored digitally, definitively eliminating the use of physical paper, which was not only annoying at the time of writing, but also avoids time and spaces free of paper. Having access from any mobile device, laptop, or desktop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Like all tool-heavy software, it tends to be a bit slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Time savings, space for the accumulation of papers where what we already have digitized for today was written, zero inconvenience, we help each other and share the work among colleagues, having easy access, from anywhere and regardless of the time. Definitely the use of Paycom in our company has been of great help.
