The differention which makes the Oracle PeopleSoft CRM better in some cases with the similar products are- 1. Self service capability 2. Improves daily tasks efficiency 3. Better decision making 4. Enhanced customer experience

The favourite aspect of this product is that it really helps in sales & marketing automation which is really need of the hour.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The things I dislike about the product are it is too complex and needs long hours of training and sometimes re-training too.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The recommendation I like to give the person who wants to buy this product would be firstly look for the pre-requiste that you want & require, it is most important factor, secondly also look for the the cost involved, every customisation add more cost for the annual or monthly subscription
