What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice if it were easier to integrate with Mailchimp. There is also a request from my business partner for an alphabetical listing of the connections. To keep track of what I've done, I'd like to keep conferences on the calendar but not on the task list. The filtering and presentation of contacts are a tad disappointing. It would be nice if the user could set a screening filter and return to that representation every time they opened the app.
