What differentiates Canto Platform from other similar products?
The reason we chose Image Relay is the intuitive ease of use and for the search and filtering capabilities. The IPTC metadata auto-populates the keywords field, and this is a time-saver. There are other features we like, such as file synching, so that one photo can "live" in various folders. James Fox has been a great support in the initial set up and also onboarding of our various departments. He continues to play a role and answers my questions promptly via email.

Ease of use, since this helps keep user questions from filling my inbox.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We created a rubric, in Excel, to compare features, pricing, and contract terms for various digital asset management systems. This helped us create a scoring system so we could clearly identify the best product fit. We also got a trial license for the top 3 DAMS and had 3-4 users test them out and give us their score on 5 features we asked them to test. I recommend this system for evaluating DAMS. Image Relay came out on top!
