What differentiates Canto Platform from other similar products?

Canto is considered very feasible for all levels of technical experts, being the most intuitive and user-friendly DAM platform, which makes it unique among the others. It also enables us to create branded portals for sharing the asset with their partners or clients securely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to structure assets by the use of folders, tags, and metadata is the one feature that has had my interest from the beginning till now. It helped me manage large volumes of files without duplication. Its powerful search engine helped in finding assets instantly. The creation of branded portals allowed me to gain control over our assets across different teams and regions. The dashboard is well-designed, easy to access, and full of amazingly versatile tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would only suggest one thing to improve in this tool. The drag-and-drop workflow builders would be helpful if improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would likely suggest one to spend some quality time while setting up Canto, as it facilitates its users in long-term practices with multiple ways to organize content.

What differentiates Canto Platform from other similar products?

Canto stands out for its great UI and ease of use. It also helps in asset discovery much faster than other platforms available without relying on manual tags or file names.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Canto is very easy to work on. It's fast, and you get to do the custom branding - an ideal platform for DAM. It provides me great integration option. I can easily share the assets with others without any technical assistance required. And for much quicker access, I can have its mobile app and have an eye on your assets, plus I can easily use some of its features without the system, just through the app. For me, it is a great invention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although I can have quick access via its mobile app but I won't be able to utilize it fully as it lacks some of the features of the mobile app. It has a few built-in editing tools that made me use some external platforms with it. Canto gives the customization feature, but it's very limited compared to other DAM platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that you consider your integration requirements based on your workflow, as you can have an idea on a prior basis if Canto fits your requirements or not. Also, if you don't have any experience with DAM platforms before, you can rely on Canto and the support it provides.
