Breadth of features, and easy to get started, make it easy to find value.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The single pane of glass, and the strong support we get from the vendor.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Documentation needs to be better. There is plenty of documentation, but most of it seems to be in German.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have someone with a strong systems background who can get the most of out it.

What differentiates baramundi Management Suite from other similar products?

I am not aware of other products that do what barramundi do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of barramundi is the ability to send out new software, updates, or even desktop icons to all endpoints to all devices in the organization. I also like that when I’m setting up new devices, I can send all pertinent software to the device in one fell swoop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up multi-step processes to run on devices is complicated and I’ve never really learned how to do it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it! Barramundi is an amazing time saver and well worthwhile!
