What differentiates JumpCloud from other similar products?
The JumpCloud Directory Platform offers a great way to not depend on Active Directory and is flexible in terms of platforms supported and Operating Systems. The connection and integration with other trusted standards such as LDAP, RADIUS and SAML is also great!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The affordability and pricing model! On the face, this is by far one of the best options available for small businesses, especially those who utilize a variety of devices and systems like macOS, iOS, ChromeOS, Android, & Windows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The documentation and guides for the free-level account can be unclear and not intuitive at times. If you're not familiar with Active Directory or Group Policies and without paid support, it can be difficult and nearly impossible to struggle through the guides as a non-IT/non-developer customer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before jumping in, which is very easy to do, research the features and requirements for implementation of JumpCloud in order to understand what it will take from both resources-required and time-allotment perspectives to get the product fully implemented and running smoothly. Consider your own technical experience and competencies (or your organization's' I.T. department) and truly analyze the feasibility in getting through the initial setup. It's not as simple as creating a new account and punching the "Purchase" button.

What differentiates JumpCloud from other similar products?
I loved that you can test almost everything for free "10 users and 10 devices" I prefer their cloud solutions compared to the traditional on-premises servers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All features are available for the trial "For only 10 users and 10 devices" User friendly Doesn't require an expert to be able to use it. Pre-defined template policies. Support Windows, Linux, and Mac. Reasonable pricing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well, I hope there were more tutorials. Also, the chat support isn't that responsive. Didn't test everything yet but I compared it to for example Mircosoft solutions, Jumbcloud missing features. Not the main ones I guess. So this shouldn't be an issue for many people.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before making any purchase, make sure to benefit from the free trial. And don't worry, it's straightforward and easy to use for most parts. I recommend considering JumbCloud. It's one of the best solutions I tested so far.

The features it offers in terms of integrations is one unique thing about it
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its ease in integrating with different application, Supports SSO which is one good thing about it. It literally saves lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The application doesn't look lighter. Its looks like it's a legacy application. I feel it should be user friendly and UI should be enhanced
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want all your applications should be accessed from a single point , then nothing stands better than this .the level of security involved in it a good thing for anyone running or maintaining business
