Getting contact information
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has so much it's overwhelming and not very intuitive but I dislike support and training the most as they blatantly ignored us after our purchase
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Push for the most training so you can fully leverage it for sales

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
I can only compare it to Seamless.ai and I had limited experience with Seamless. They do have great search functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Multivariate search functionality and the integration with our CRM
What do you dislike most about this product?
Documentation is seriously lacking, training modules are very hard to find and use, ZoomInfo Engage lacks features of its competitors, it is super crazy expensive

Really think about your use case along with your specific needs. Make sure you do a test run for your industry.

The amount and accuracy of the data in their platform is better than others. The ability to create target lists with alerts and intent data also set them apart

The salesforce plugin and ease of use

There is nothing I dislike about this product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Buy a lot of credits. More than you think you need. Once you get in there you will use them. Use the CRM integrations. With Zoominfo there is no excuse for bad CRM data.
