What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?
Zoom has a high position in the current market and one of the reasons is mainly due to the ability to users that can be had in a session and not only that, but its tools allow to provide participation to its members, another point key is intuitive and allows both new users who do not yet know the platform integrate without any inconvenience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
At the level of performance and quality, it offers a very simple, comfortable and intuitive service, which is why various users from various areas or disciplines can participate no inconvenience. Zoom I have applied it for the creation of rooms where they are discussed aspects related to projects that are being developed, through this application There have been various discussions which allow to improve aspects at the project level, resolve errors in the code and implement new ideas. Zoom has many advantages and one of They are that it offers a very comfortable interface for the user.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom can be considered a product that until now in the company and during meetings has had no problem, which is very good since it is characterized by offering the best to its existing and future customers who can select their services as a solution for your business or a company in particular.

Zoom is a service that has the particularity of providing massive access to different people, currently it is fulfilling an important role not only internally within of organizations but offers the particularity that will allow to bring people through conferences either for present a business or product idea. At the business level has been a great solution because it facilitates access to all hierarchical levels of the organization, this in the aspect that in various areas of the operations of the company use it to establish remote communication between clients and also staff from other locations.

Unmute by holding down space bar, slight touch up feature in video settings
What do you dislike most about this product?
Creation of new meeting can be confusing to understand as it differs so greatly from competitor products. Not intuitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Customise to your own needs in the settings - there are a lot more options available than you might think
