What I like most about Zoho CRM is that it gives us all the essential CRM features without being overly expensive. It's easy to customize, and the integration with other Zoho apps makes managing business operations much smoother, compared about

My favorite aspect is its ease of use. It helps keep leads, follow-ups, and customer information organised in one place, making the sales process much more efficient, and the collaboration is impressive, we have been able to run a good team on zoho efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing i dislike about zoho yet, it has been a great software so far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My favorite aspect is how easy it is to use. It keeps all leads, follow-ups, and customer information in one place, which makes managing sales activities much simpler and more organized, will recommend to buy if you are looking for an all in one crm tool

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

It differentiates from others through its native ecosystem integration with other zoho applications. I like it's built in zia ai assistant that gives automation suggestions without requiring 3rd party tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is the work flow automation of Zoho CRM and the blueprint feature which helps us with minimal coding and improved close rates

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing that I dislike the most about this product is the bulky and clunky mobile experience and limited depth in advance analytics without extra purchasing of add ons.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend them to start with professional or enterprise tier. And they should minimally allocate upon to 2 days for data normalisation. I would also suggest them to use the built in importer with field amapping and duplicate detection.
