What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?
Seamless wiki management, tasks scheduling, employees intranet via BIM chatting bots, VoIP and LVS, session recording and file sharing. Ease of deployment and simple setups and plugins.

What really sets Zoho Connect apart from other similar solutions is its accessibility to all members of our organization. The intuitive and friendly interface allows its use, even for those who are not technology professionals. In addition, Zoho Conect is available on various devices, which allows us to be connected at any time and from anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What fascinates me most about Zoho Connect is its smart search functionality. Sometimes, we need to discover information in old chats or search for specific files, and with this tool we do not waste time on endless searches. I also like the option of customizing the application according to our own needs, which allows us to adapt Zoho Conect to our own business processes efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, it is essential to mention that not everything is perfect. At times, we have experienced various technical issues, such as system crashes or errors while uploading files. However, Zoho's technical support teams were quite responsive and have consistently helped us resolve any issues in the shortest period of time possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Regarding how Zoho Conect has helped us solve problems in the organization, I can highlight its project tracking functionality. Previously, we had trouble staying up to date on the progress of different group projects. Thanks to Zoho Conect, we now have the ability to allocate tasks, establish clear deadlines, and track each phase of the plan in real time. This allowed us to improve our efficiency and ensure that nothing fell through the cracks.
