What is ServiceNow Asset Management?

ServiceNow Asset Management tracks the financial, contractual, and inventory details of hardware and virtual infrastructure – as well as non‑IT assets – throughout their lifecycle. Asset requests are handled using workflows to obtain approvals, validate entitlements, issue chargebacks, and provision services. Once an asset is deployed, Asset Management records all maintenance activity and enables IT to perform regular audits, right up until asset retirement.

Ease of integration, business community familiarity, reliability, vendor support, reporting features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One stop Shop- All of our applications, assets can be managed in one place, all problems tie to each asset directly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much negative one can say about Service Now, especially if you've used other competitor's programs. I do not think I would want to work somewhere that didn't use this tool in the position I hold now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best in Class, for a reason.
