What differentiates sandsiv+ from other similar products?

I have no experience from similar products in the organization. The cost and performance of Sandsiv+ has been awesome.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product provides powerful data management mechanism between customers and business. Integration with other applications took place effectively at deployment stage. The customer support staff is proactively fast when responding to our queries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything looks pretty good since we started using this product. I have not experienced performance weaknesses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Team interactions and business customer relations journey can be successful faster with Sandsiv+. Business enterprises experiencing low flow of customers can try this tool for better results.

Sandsiv+ has the voice interaction feature between business and customers which is not available in many similar tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software has enabled my sales team to reach and interact with many potential customers. Data visualization provides real-time insights from customers that helps us in planning and making effective decisions. The price is affordable to many SMEs with simple user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not disliked anything from the performance of this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Marketing and customer interaction journey could be more productive with Sandsiv+. We have attained targeted ROI since we deployed it.

First time using a product with such capabilities. All in all, very supportive Italian team and they allowed for customer feature addition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quick to implement, sms integration was up and running within 6 weeks. Very beneficial for my team

What do you dislike most about this product?

Timeliness for certain API are too long.

It'd a quick and easy product to implement. The team works by building on existing features
