What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?

I used CoreXM while working with IRD. It was a great choice for the VoC program compared to what we had prior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The survey build, data visualization, analysis and dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From experience nothing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great platform for VoC with large customer base and frequent surveying.

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?

The addition of a robust statistical analysis tool which reduces the need for external applications like SPSS or R for analysis. However, the limited visualization tools often mean that data need to be re-visualized to be ready to present to audiences, particularly in senior management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The robust statistical tool, and also access to the user community.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The relatively limited visualization tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Given my role, I cannot advocate for or against the specific purchasing decision, but it does support our use case strongly.

Its a really amazing software. Which stands out of other products as it emphasis on combining all the data from various resources and provides a holistic view of experiences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Qualtrics CoreXM is really versatile and is providing great user experience. Its performing various functions such as surveys, employee engagement, customer experience, into a platform to be a standout feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no dislike's As it just has some pricing issues which is at the higher end.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before we consider buying of this software then we need to be very clear with the objective that we have then we need to consider the scalability of the solution. After this defining of budget and pricing as per need.
