They are different in many ways, the features are intuitive and our users could manage alot of things on their own.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tiles like feature on the main dashboard. All info are reachable within 3 clicks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You have to use a 3rd party payroll if you want a cheaper solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do a deep study, we evaluated SuccessFactor and Oracle. Oracle turned out to be a better value for us.

It dos not allow much customization but still easy to use.

Oracle HCM has streamlined the way we administer our benefits ensuring that we learn our payroll accurately and this helps keep our staff motivated at all times. Its simple to use and this ensures that we manage our workforce efficiently and automate all of our HR processes. Customer support is available and willing to help in case of any issues that maybe encountered in using the platform efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being a cloud-based platform its sometimes affected by poor internet connections lowering its usage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Oracle Cloud HCM is accurate and works efficiently where it will improve the way you handle your staff and ensure all of their concerns are addressed on time.
