A game changer for IT management.

What differentiates N‑sight RMM from other similar products?

The ease and quality of support. If I ever have an issue or even a question all I have to do is click the icon for chat support and I am immediately connected to someone who can help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease at which it reduces the need for a myriad of other IT solutions into a single product. Patch Management, scripting, automation, AD management, backup, Intune even Anti Virus and EDR. We do not use all of the features but I really wish we did as having everything under a single pane of glass make systems management a breeze.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish this product had better support for macos. While it does to some degree and they are improving it I believe it could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

What differentiates N‑sight RMM from other similar products?

Customization is king. N-able lets you quickly and easily import devices and set their triggers quickly. One can also tweak the levers to make devices less noisy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Custom dashboards of critical systems and shared views to bring eyes to the correct places.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not many negatives, the interface could use a facelift but overall nothing to complain about.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compare to the main competitors, ConnectWise Automate is also an extremely strong product but it all comes down to fitting needs.
