What differentiates Mitel MiCloud Connect from other similar products?

we have had the ease of having this application because it is more solid and its advantages are more flexible to work, to be able to have an excellent synchronization and maintain a good function so that we all see each other that we have a good benefit for the work since we can do from home and since not referring to one of its characteristics is the calls we make can be diverted directly through the line of work, the way if we have an emergency with the application, its customer service is one of the characteristics that they have more breadth as they have automated wizards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

extraordinary interface on phones in a simpler way since it is a mobile application for rapid communication and we can manage it by integrating our knowledge in all its platforms and since its services provide us and make it possible for us to improve our communication with each of our clients and knowing that we can improve our workplace in terms of communication, the voice system is very good and comfortable since it is oriented to the cloud and it allows us to work in a relaxed way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If some things that I would probably like to be more improved since the configuration is very slow, the connection has to look to make it faster because there are many problems when trying to log in and it makes our work not finish ah time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it for the way it has helped me to be in communication with each of my colleagues on a daily basis through video calls and instant messaging and in the same way the way it allows us to share the screen in a feasible way

What differentiates Mitel MiCloud Connect from other similar products?

It's a seamless, single phone solution, with optional add-on features for conferencing, services and more. The instant messaging function is very useful and intuitive for communication within the office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My Cloud Connect is a very complete telephone system, with which we can stay connected in a very easy and familiar way, it offers excellent functionalities, very good for making calls, chatting, sharing documents or data with other members, even for conferences and more. .

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no problem with MiCloud Connect, it is a flexible system and stable phone calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a flexible and highly recommended VOIP solution to improve telephone communication.
