What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to integrate with calendar functionality. The video conferencing is very reliable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has quite clunky UI and is slow to load. The "Teams" channel functionality goes unused.

The ability to co-author documents in real-time, especially when working in a team, is incredibly powerful and enhances collaboration efficiency. The unified experience also extends to calendar scheduling, task management (via Planner), and email integration with Outlook, making it easier to keep everything in one ecosystem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the main drawbacks of Microsoft Teams is its clunky user interface and overwhelming complexity, particularly for new users or smaller teams. The sheer number of features and options can be overwhelming, and it’s sometimes difficult to find the right settings or tools you need.
