hard to implement but easy to use

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams has no big difference with other communication software, like Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Teams can better integrated with other Microsoft 365 products
What do you dislike most about this product?
The implement is complicated, user can register different Microsoft account use same email address, and they will be confused by these accounts. User also will be confused by guest account and organization / group account. We had been lost admin to our organization Teams, and we spent a lot of hours to get it back. Teams is similar to other communication soft. Microsoft just need to occupy the market.

Microsoft teams offers nice features with budget friendly prices to make sure to fulfill requirement in day to day operations and communication within the organization. It deliveries and provide useful features which are ease of use within consumption of less time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quality and features are my favorite aspect of this product which makes me to choose before other software to use in my day to day life.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maybe some bugs which can be fixed or getting hang while searching something from history in chats. Sometimes not satisfactory quality of video over video conferencing
