What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It's really user friendly and has a lot of fun features
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to collaborate with my team on a multitude of products
What do you dislike most about this product?
The new vs old teams is confusing- sometimes it will pull up one or the other. Whenever we have someone external on the line, it also appears as if they cant upload documents. They can type in the chat though. It would also be nice if they could access the chat after the meeting ends, like internal folks
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's great for business, I prefer it over skype and the like

Search functionality Audio is often garbled and/or screen freezes mid call.

Incorporate it into other Microsoft products. Always compare features to ensure you are meeting your businesses needs. Go without hesitation, its best tool for instant messaging and video conferencing.
