What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
we can have a lot of things in one place. be it whiteboard or screensharing or video calls or normal audio calls. the user interface is extremely good, which other apps dont have
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the simplicity of the product even when it has a thousand features. any one starting on it can get to pace within a day, its that simple. PS - it comes with a lot of features which the competition doesnt have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
nothing. its a great product

For our organisation, Microsoft Teams has become the glue that keeps everything connected. Gone are the days of scattered chats and endless email threads. Teams keeps all our communication organised by project or channel, making it easy to find past discussions and stay on the same page. Honestly, the biggest challenge is remembering to silence my mic when I'm not talking!
