The complexity is what makes it harder to understand, but also makes it very versatile

The fact that it can be implemented by bigger corporations, to keep everything organized
What do you dislike most about this product?
The complexity for employees, that don't have much computer experience. We've seen that many people didn't make use of it because they simply didn't understand.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend asking your staff if they understand it completely, else to train them on the software.
