It has helped my company better understand its website visitors by tracking data like which pages they view, how long they stay on each page, and how often they return.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes some time to fully reap the rewards of live interaction. Chats cannot be prioritized. Only in the order they are received. Problems arise when urgent communications must wait.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is really simple to use, however it generates highly visual results, which the customers adore. For that reason, I suggest it. It is possible to utilize it for a number of different customers without raising the price.
