My favorite aspect of IBM Maximo IT is its comprehensive asset lifecycle management. It excels at tracking and managing assets from procurement to retirement, with detailed configurations, maintenance scheduling, and real-time monitoring.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback of IBM Maximo IT is its outdated and complex user interface. It often feels unintuitive, with a steep learning curve that can slow down new users. Navigation and task execution sometimes require too many steps, and performance can lag under heavy use.
