Powerful BI with Seamless Cloud Integration

What differentiates Looker from other similar products?
For Looker, one of the biggest advantages is its data modeling language, LookML, which allows data definitions to be reused and made consistent. The software that Looker works, on the one hand, differs from the common SQL-based type tools. The end result is Looker blurs the complexity and makes it smooth to explore data. This is how it is possible to work on one or the other without reinventing the wheel by rewriting the same query.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of Looker key abilities that idiosyncratically sets it apart from its competitors is its flawless capability to link data visualization to just-in-time exploration. By means of the interactive dashboards and reports, decoding complex insights become a no-brainer to all participants leading to better decision-making.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Looker is a powerful tool, but the initial setup can be quite complex and it might take a lot of time, especially for those who are ignorant of data modeling and SQL. A smoother onboarding process would be advantageous.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re considering Looker, try out a trial version to get to know it better and understand how it can be a solution to your business challenges. Real world use cases that will be created during snapshot will help you to determine if it fits data modeling and visualization requirements good enough.
