What differentiates Function Point from other similar products?

FunctionPoint is the premier time tracking and client billing management software that our agency uses. It is the foundation for how our agency tracks billable time to client projects and tasks and offers a plethora of reporting capabilities for data-driven individuals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how easy it is to track my time to billable client projects and tasks. It keeps a counter of my time tracked for each day, so I can make sure I am hitting my goal as a Client Success Manager. Projects and tasks are clearly labeled in my dashboard so I can see exactly what I am responsible for trafficking and completing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be very clunky if you are not familiar with how to dive deep into the system and figuring out how to search/filter and find the information you need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend agencies consider FunctionPoint, especially marketing and sales-based agencies who need to log and track billable time to client projects and tasks and manage their employee workloads and responsibilities.
