With Brevo, our organization has a unified view of the customer journey in one easy-to-use platform thanks to intuitive and scalable marketing and CRM tools such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Chat, Marketing Automation and Meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It as a reliable and cost-effective option for mailing and email newsletters or SMS marketing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform could improve mail deliverability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it as a better alternative to MailChimp, considering its affordability and easy management.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Brevo has fair pricing compared to other similar products that have been evaluated, they have free WhatsApp integrations where other providers offer the same at an extra cost, and you receive maximum support regardless of the pricing plan you subscribe to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the WhatsApp schedule; you can schedule when the WhatsApp campaign can be sent and this saves me a lot of time
What do you dislike most about this product?
They should consider having a live chat since the ticketing system takes longer to respond to tickets and this makes our work slow when there is a serious issue affecting our use of the product, especially product issues
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a smaller contact list and would use a very friendly cost tool, then Brevo is an answer, and I highly recomment the solution
