What differentiates Axero Solutions from other similar products?

When we investigated this in 2016, Communifire seemed the best combination of features we wanted, ease to implement, intuitive use, flexible structure and cost. This has proven out in our use over the past 5 years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Configuration around spaces empowers various groups to collaborate easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of real time and sequential file collaboration completely within Communifire and the limited mobile app capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is perfect for sharing news, resources, employee interaction. It is quick to implement and easy for staff to use. Start with those basics then see what other features work well for your team. Don't expect that this will replace all office software.

Lack of forms as an out-of-the-box feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering this product to connect your network of employees, you'll find Axero has a great solution. It presents a solution to get rid of that shared office folder and creates a better work experience for all.

What differentiates Axero Solutions from other similar products?

The customization of the platform. We looked at a couple of other intranet options and they were all very cookie cutter. We needed something we could customize to fit our business what WE wanted from it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The organization chart. This is so helpful for new hires as well as employees that do not work with each other often.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customizations are a bit cumbersome in the fact that many of them call for coding.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a product with A TON of customizable features, choose Axero. I would recommend you have someone in IT that knows a little bit of code as that will give you a upper hand with customizations.
